We're hiring an experienced Account Manager for our client, a reputed organization based in Pune.

This role involves managing the complete spectrum of accounting and finance operations while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all financial functions.

Job Summary:

As the Account Manager, you will handle end-to-end accounting processes — from ledgers, AP/AR, and inventory control to compliance, audits, and financial reporting. You'll collaborate with management, auditors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure financial integrity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Receivable, and General Ledger.
  • Ensure GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances are accurately maintained.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, P&L, and MIS reports.
  • Handle inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and valuation coordination with production teams.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring for cost optimization.
  • Oversee vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely responses to audit queries.
  • Supervise and guide the accounts team for smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate with management for financial planning and decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Masters Degree in Accounts or Finance / CA Inter / ICWA Inter (preferred)
  • Must have manufacturing industry experience.
  • 4–8 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit management.
  • Strong command over Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
  • In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Proven experience in finalization of accounts and audit coordination.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or trading setup preferred.
