Why we are building Raaz?

Julian Simon's words that individuals are the ultimate resource with the potential to make any other resource more plentiful have never rang truer than they do today. The rapid decline in fertility rates across the world is a cause of deep disarray to those of us who believe in abundance and human flourishing. It's even more concerning for India as it risks becoming old before it becomes rich. Building Raaz is our small attempt at reversing that and helping couples have children through innovative reproductive health solutions while upholding individual choice.

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Intern Content Writer to join our content team. You'll support content creation across script writing for videos, blogs, social media, website pages, and other marketing collateral. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content marketing and sharpen your writing skills under mentorship.

Requirements

  • Dive deep into user research and collaborate with operations and product teams to understand user psychology.
  • Research, write, and proofread content for videos, blogs, social media posts and website pages.
  • Assist in content planning and editorial calendar management.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices in content.
  • Help repurpose content (e.g. from long-form to social snippets). Monitor content performance (e.g. via analytics) and suggest improvements

Pre-requisites:

  • Strong command of Hindi and English (writing, grammar, style).
  • Ability to think and write clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to take feedback, iterate, and improve quickly.
  • Excellent research skills and ability to learn new topics.
  • Go-getter mindset. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines
