Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Academic Counselor located in Delhi, India. The Senior Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in their academic and career pursuits. Day-to-day tasks include student counseling, career counseling, academic advising, and participating in educational planning. The role requires a compassionate and knowledgeable individual who can effectively communicate and assist students in achieving their learning and career goals.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
  • Strong Communication abilities
  • Experience in Academic Advising and Educational planning
  • Understanding of Education systems and methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with students and staff
  • Ability to provide empathetic and effective guidance to diverse student populations
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
