ECLEARNIX is a leading EdTech platform delivering national-level hackathons, workshops, STTP/FDP programs, conferences, and digital learning products. We are looking for a dynamic Project Management Executive to manage multi-department workflows, ensure smooth execution of events, and support the development of EdTech projects and platforms.

Role Summary

The Project Management Executive will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of EdTech projects, events, and internal initiatives. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor timelines, handle documentation, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Coordination

• Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams (education, design, marketing, HR, development).
• Maintain project trackers, sprint sheets, and workflow systems.
• Conduct regular team meetings and follow-ups to ensure task completion.

2. Event & Program Management

• Manage execution of STTP, FDP, Workshops, Hackathons, Conferences, etc.
• Coordinate schedules, speaker communication, documentation, and session workflows.
• Ensure smooth participant experience, from registration to certification.
• Track event metrics, attendance, and operational reports.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Create project plans, reports, minutes of meetings, status updates, and dashboards.
• Maintain Excel sheets, trackers, Google Drive documents, and project logs.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for leadership review.

4. Team Coordination & Task Management

• Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress using project management tools.
• Resolve workflow issues and provide support to team members.
• Ensure clear communication between departments for seamless operations.

5. Process Improvement

• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Support SOP creation for internal operations and event workflows.
• Work closely with management to optimize structure and efficiency.

6. Client, Speaker & Partner Handling

• Communicate with colleges, industry partners, and keynote speakers.
• Assist in onboarding new institutional partners for events and programs.
• Coordinate follow-up mails, documentation, and communication support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, Engineering, Business, or any related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management, coordination, or operations.
• Familiarity with tools like Zoho Projects, Jira, Trello, Slack, Sheets, Docs.
• Strong multitasking ability and experience handling multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• EdTech/event/project background is an added advantage.
