Job Description

• Proven hands-on experience of COUPA configurations and administration, with a skilled

understanding of underlying SAP financial table structures and data elements.

• A thorough understanding of the Coupa platform, its various modules (e.g.,

procurement, sourcing, invoice management), and their functionalities is crucial.)

• Working successfully across the full lifecycle of technology-enabled change: from

requirements definition through solution design, build, testing to transition to live

operation.

• Sound understanding of the following areas:

o COUPA and COUPA marketplace products

o SAP S4/HANA

o Analytics and Reporting through SAP/COUPA platforms

o Purchasing and their key integration points with Finance functional areas

o Working effectively with offshore/near shore service providers.

o Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, and Data

Science teams, to support data-driven decision-making.

o Skilled at influencing and negotiation, at ease interacting with senior

collaborators and open to questioning them with logical arguments.

o The ability to leverage Coupa's reporting and analytics tools to identify areas for

improvement and optimize processes is important.

o Automate and streamline data ingestion, transformation, and analytics

processes to enhance efficiency.

o Develop real-time and batch data processing solutions, integrating structured

and unstructured data sources.

o Expertise in processing and analyzing large data workloads

o Experience in designing and implementing scalable Data Warehouse solutions

to support analytical and reporting needs.

o Experience with API development and design with REST or GraphQL. Experience

building and optimizing 'big data' data pipelines, architectures, and data sets.

o Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and

processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for

improvement.
