Role Overview:

The SAP Global COUPA Technical/Functional Lead will be responsible for driving, managing, and supporting technical and functional solutions within the COUPA platform. This role supports PlayStations global business operations by integrating COUPA with SAP S/4HANA, BW, IBP, and other systems, ensuring platform scalability, integration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture design and major functional upgrades of the COUPA platform.
  • Build deep expertise in the entire COUPA suite to design robust application and data frameworks.
  • Follow COUPAs iterative development model to ensure continuous value delivery.
  • Act as the authority on architecture standards and design patterns.
  • Analyze defects and ensure effective resolution of functional issues.
  • Manage and report progress on prioritized Finance and Procurement initiatives.
  • Work closely with SAP and MuleSoft teams to define and build end-to-end data flows.
  • Validate system change approaches, testing, and documentation.
  • Drive interface design and integration testing.
  • Troubleshoot production issues with internal and 3rd-party teams.
