Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Regularly conducting thorough budget vs actual comparisons on a monthly basis
  2. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Validating PO and PO approval 
  4. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
  5. Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations for senior management.
  6. Identify and research variances to forecast, budget.
  7. Preparing prepaid entry and amortization schedule.
  8. Validating all accounting related journal postings & accruals, including prepaid and reclasses 
  9.  Effectively communicate with internal management and staff at various levels
  10.  Develop an understanding of the transactional flow through various systems to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  11.  Review and recommend improvements to processes that will enable more efficient financial operations.
  12.  Ad hoc reports and/or analysis as deemed necessary
