About the Role:

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Power BI, MS Office tools, and reporting/analytics. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, creating insightful dashboards and reports, and ensuring smooth adoption of Dynamics 365 applications to drive business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements across Dynamics 365 modules (CRM/ERP).
  • Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports integrated with Dynamics 365 data.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
  • Support business teams in leveraging Dynamics 365 for day-to-day operations.
  • Configure and customize views, forms, and reports within Dynamics 365 (basic level, no coding).
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to end users.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with IT and business units to improve reporting processes and insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP).
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboard building).
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization) and MS PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, business reporting, and process documentation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Power Automate or other Power Platform tools.
  • Familiarity with SQL for data extraction.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power BI.
