MS Dynamics 365/Finance Functional Consultant

Description :Exp : 8+yrs.Location : : Immediate joiner only.Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365.- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service) to meet business needs.- Conduct workshops and training sessions to gather requirements and educate end-users on Dynamics 365 functionality.- Provide guidance on best practices for business processes and system usage within Dynamics 365.- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation, including data migration, integration, and custom development.- Perform gap analysis between business requirements and out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionality, recommending solutions to address gaps.- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business process flows, functional designs, and user manuals.- Support system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and go-live activities to ensure a smooth deployment.- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues post-implementation, providing ongoing support and enhancements as needed.- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates to advise clients on potential improvements.Apply for this position with :Full Name -.Email -.Phone -.Cover Letter -.Upload CV/Resume -Allowed Type(s) : .pdf, .doc, .docx.By using this form you agree with the storage and handling of your data by this website.
