  • Lead, support, and motivate a team of car sales executives to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide performance reports to management.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase dealership revenue and market share.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Assist sales staff in closing deals and handling customer inquiries or escalations.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., finance, service, delivery) to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure display vehicles are maintained and presented properly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Good knowledge of vehicle models, features, and financing options.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM tools.
  • Minimum of a degree or related field is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹32,000.00 per month
