Square Yards is India's largest full-stack prop-tech platform; playing the entire consumerjourney from Search & Discovery --> Transactions --> Mortgages --> Home furnishing -->Rentals and Property Management. )Job Description:Responsibilities:● Developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.● Managing lead generation and ensuring regular site visits are generated by the team.● Helping the team in sales closures.● Ensuring 3x of team cost is achieved as net revenue.● Reviewing client activity, anticipating client needs, and improving overall satisfaction.● Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team.● Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.● Handling a team size of 6 to 8 people.Requirements:● Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.● Master's degree in a business-related field may be advantageous.● 2+ years experience in handling sales teams.● Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.● Good strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.Compensation, Perks and Benefits:○ Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance (~INR 50K plus per month on achievingbare minimum targets & 1L plus for consistent performers)○ Earn 6-8% salary hike on target based auto-appraisals and promotion every 3 months○ 5 Day work week○ Earn ESOPs on every deal closed○ Earn 25% Incentives upon overachieving base team targets○ International opportunities based on performance and tenure
