About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Management Trainee – Business Strategy & Alliances to support our strategic growth, partnerships, and business development activities. This internship provides hands-on exposure to market research, strategic planning, business operations, and alliance management.

This role is ideal for fresh BBA/MBA graduates who want to build a strong foundation in business strategy, partnerships, and corporate growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing business strategies, plans, and growth roadmaps.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data interpretation.
  • Support creation of new partnerships and alliances with external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) for execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare MIS/strategy reports for management.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and strategic documents.
  • Support in identifying new business opportunities and expansion areas.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.

Requirements

  • BBA or MBA graduate/completed (preferred specializations: HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations, or General Management).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Basic understanding of business strategy, market research, and corporate planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Enthusiastic, fast learner, and willing to take initiative.
