About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This role provides a great opportunity to gain practical experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and recruitment trackers.
  • Support in onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and HR events.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Help prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements

  • Qualification: MBA / MHRM / BBA (HR specialization preferred).
  • Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in HR.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to fast-paced work environments.

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
