Role Description: Marketing & Outreach

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (both offline and online) to generate high-quality leads.
  • Organize and actively participate in education fairs, career counselling sessions, seminars, workshops, and campus outreach initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, coaching centres, counsellors, and other academic partners to drive lead generation.
  • Enhance brand visibility through local events, collaborations, and student engagement activities.
  • Gather and share market insights, including competitor analysis, to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in digital marketing initiatives by managing social media presence, content distribution, and audience engagement.

Qualifications and skills

  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and conducting market research
  • Strong skills in admissions management and overseeing the admissions process
  • Event planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in an educational institution or admissions-related role is preferred
