Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
  • Ensure all food items are prepared hygienically and on time.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
  • Monitor food stock levels and report shortages to the Chef de Partie.
  • Follow proper portion control and minimize wastage.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Support junior kitchen staff and ensure teamwork within the section.
  • Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Participate in daily mise-en-place (preparation) before service.
