Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Able to perform structural analysis & design for steel structures (Including connection

design) as per international codes & standards specifications using advanced computer aided softwares for simulation purpose(STAAD pro) along with connections (Bolted/Welded Shear/Anchor Bolt & Base Plate) and provide most optimal design.

  • Able to Perform Load Calculations such as Wind, Seismic, Snow, Temperature and ICE

Loads and apply in the Analysis software as per various international codes individually.

  • Able to prepare Load Combinations based on project specifications and code and

standards.

  • Able to review Structural Steel GA and fabrication drawings to meet project quality,

schedule, and submittal requirements.

  • Able to understand & perform peer reviews procedures, processes of various

deliverables, engineering computations and evaluations, detailed analysis report with

guidance from Senior structural engineers.

  • Review all structural members, pipe supports types are in line with pipe stress report and

dimensioned accurate for fabrication.

  • Proficient expertise in Offshore structures analysis and design (FPSO) using SACS /

Staad Offshore for various cases including Fatigue analysis of structure, connections

and components.

  • Good to have basic knowledge on Offshore structures (FPSO).
