We are looking for skilled Structural Engineers with a civil engineering background to join our team. The role involves working on residential real estate projects, ensuring both structural integrity and efficient MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, review, and implement structural and MEP systems for residential projects.
  • Prepare and interpret structural drawings, MEP layouts, and design specifications.
  • Use AutoCAD and relevant design software to draft and model structural/MEP elements.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project teams to ensure design feasibility.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify design implementation, and resolve issues.
  • Provide innovative and cost-effective solutions for efficient project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (specialization in Structural / MEP preferred).
  • 13 years of experience as a Structural Engineer or MEP Engineer.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, structural design tools, and MEP drafting.
  • Strong understanding of structural analysis, design principles, and MEP systems.
  • Ability to prepare accurate structural drawings and MEP layouts.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on residential construction projects.
  • Familiarity with modern construction practices and standards.
