About The Role
Role: Intern - Embedded Finance

Duration: 2–3 months (performance-based conversion to full-time)

Are you ready to build something real from the ground up? We're on the hunt for a high-energy,

entrepreneurial intern to work directly with our VP – Embedded Finance on launching and scaling

new business lines — Insurance, Fuel, and FASTag.

This isn't your typical back-office internship. You'll be:

  • Working on real-world problems in fintech and logistics
  • Contributing to projects that scale from 0 to 1
  • Gaining hands-on experience across growth, operations, partnerships, and strategy

If you're excited by the idea of wearing multiple hats, owning outcomes, and learning by doing things

in a fast-moving environment — this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

  • Drive operations for our embedded finance verticals — assist in onboarding fleet owners,

tracking conversions, and troubleshooting service issues.

  • Support growth initiatives — help run outbound campaigns, analyze funnel metrics, and

scale our field team playbooks.

  • Work with partners — coordinate with insurance brokers, fuel pump networks, and FASTag

providers to execute new pilots or streamline service delivery.

  • Build from the ground up — assist in designing internal workflows, dashboards, and SOPs for

new financial services.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally — work with product, sales, and customer success to identify

pain points and accelerate adoption.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong interest in fintech, logistics, operations, or B2B growth
  • Hustle mindset — willing to get hands dirty and move fast
  • Structured thinking and comfort with ambiguity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous internship or project experience in a startup, VC firm, or operations-heavy role is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
