Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager with strong exposure to LED purchase, lighting components procurement, and PCB sourcing. The candidate will be responsible for vendor development, cost optimization, timely procurement, and maintaining quality standards for electronic and lighting materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement of LED components, lighting materials, and PCBs
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop domestic & international vendors
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, payment terms, and contracts
  • Ensure cost control, budget adherence, and material availability
  • Coordinate with production, R&D, QA, and sales teams for material planning
  • Handle purchase orders (POs), GRNs, invoices, and vendor payments
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and timelines
  • Track inventory levels and avoid shortages or excess stock
  • Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and audits
