Better works, HR is looking for a digital marketing executive for an e-commerce firm in Mumbai.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing campaigns, developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and curating web content, and analyzing web analytics to optimize campaign performance. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to enhance the brand's online presence and engagement.

*Job Title: Paid Marketing Expert (Google & Facebook Ads)*

*Job Summary:*

We're seeking a highly skilled Paid Marketing Expert to manage and optimize our Google and Facebook ad campaigns for our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid advertising, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering results-driven campaigns.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  1. *Campaign Strategy and Planning*: Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive conversions and revenue.

  2. *Ad Copywriting and Design*: Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers to develop visually appealing ad creatives.

  3. *Campaign Execution and Optimization*: Set up, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns, ensuring optimal targeting, bidding, and budget allocation.

  4. *Performance Analysis and Reporting*: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

  5. *A/B Testing and Experimentation*: Design and execute A/B tests to optimize ad performance, conversion rates, and ROI.

*Requirements:*

  • 3+ years of experience in paid marketing, specifically with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

  • Proven track record of managing successful paid ad campaigns for e-commerce platforms.

  • Strong understanding of paid advertising principles, including targeting, bidding, and budget optimization.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

  • Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications.

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
