Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to queries from landlords, tenants, and service providers via phone, email, or online platforms.

Administrative Tasks: Handle documentation, contracts, and compliance checks related to property management.

Coordination: Liaise with maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely resolution of property issues.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in property management systems, including tenancy agreements, inspections, and payments.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on property performance, tenant feedback, and issue resolutions for internal and client use.

Process Improvement: Identify and suggest ways to streamline property management processes for efficiency.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all property management activities adhere to UK real estate regulations and industry standards.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 2 years in a business process or administrative role.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Attitude: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.

Availability: Flexibility to work UK business hours.
