Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

Location: Kolkata

Experience: 4–6 years

Salary: Up to 6LPA ( Depending on the more experience salary can be negotiable )

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and seamless user experiences across our Freeflow and Upflow platforms. This role involves user research, wireframing, prototyping, and making behaviour-driven UI decisions that directly impact both startup and investor engagement touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimise user journeys to ensure intuitive and frictionless navigation.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing using tools like UsabilityHub.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate business goals into user-centric solutions.
  • Apply mobile-first and accessibility-first principles to all design outputs.
  • Leverage a strong understanding of HTML basics to ensure design feasibility.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and behaviour analytics.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and UsabilityHub.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and user behaviour.
  • Experience designing for web and mobile interfaces.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for effective collaboration with developers.
  • Attention to detail with a passion for clean, modern, and accessible design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience designing for startups or SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
