Job Description :

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven IT Sales Manager to lead business partnerships and client acquisition for Sernion. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and building strong relationships with businesses to onboard them as partners or clients for our AI and data solutions.

Role Description :

  • Independently connect with potential businesses, clients, and decision-makers.
  • Pitch Sernion's products and services effectively to create strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and manage the complete B2B sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build long-term business relationships through trust, understanding, and solution-driven discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly partnership and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in IT/B2B sales or business development (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Understanding of IT services, SaaS, or AI/data platforms is a plus.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹240, ₹480,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 48 per week
