Roles and Responsibilities Tax Advisory:


• Advisory assignments for domestic/international taxation matters


• Assisting Seniors for detailed research on technical and legal issues


• Preparing tax status report Tax Compliance:


• Preparing and reviewing return of income for corporate and non-corporate


• Preparing and reviewing Tax audit report for corporate and non-corporate entities


• Repatriation/Remittances (Form 15CA/15CB) in case of non-residents


• Part of the tax team, involved in direct tax compliance, accounting, litigation and advisory.


• Handled tax audits and have hands-on experience with tax updates


• Develop and implement strategies to optimise the company's tax position.


• Prepare and review corporate tax returns and related filings.

Preferred candidate profile


• Technically sound and well versed with provisions of taxation (specifically direct taxation)


• Semi-qualified CA


• Good communication, presentation and drafting skills


• Should be self-driven and highly motivated
