About The Opportunity
A growing organization in the Technology & Digital Services sector serving domestic and international customers is expanding its people operations team. We are looking for a hands-on HR Operations professional to own day-to-day HR transactional processes, ensure statutory and policy compliance across India, and deliver a smooth employee lifecycle for a fast-paced, on-site workforce.

Role: HR Operations Specialist (4 years) — On-site, India
Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations for employee lifecycle: onboarding, inductions, probation tracking, transfers, exits, and offboarding checklists.
  • Coordinate payroll activities with the payroll team/vendor: validate attendance inputs, reimbursements, statutory deductions and assist month-end payroll closure.
  • Maintain and administer the HRIS: update employee records, generate reports, manage access, and run regular data quality checks.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and employee queries — resolve cases quickly and escalate policy or disciplinary matters to HRBP/People Leaders.
  • Drive process improvements: create SOPs, streamline joiner/leaver workflows, and produce timely HR metrics (turnover, headcount, leave trends) for leadership.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

  • 3+ years of hands-on HR Operations experience in India (on-site) handling payroll coordination, HRIS administration and statutory compliance.
  • Proficient with HRIS/HRMS platform - KEKA
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail and confidentiality.
