We are looking for a motivated and analytical Data Analyst / Business Intelligence (BI) professional to join our data team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven decision-making, possess strong analytical skills, and be eager to work with modern tools in data analysis, visualisation, and reporting. Fresh graduates with relevant coursework or projects are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyse structured and unstructured datasets to generate actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations using BI tools (e. g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business trends and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform statistical analysis and data modelling to support business and product strategies.
  • Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes.
  • Support decision-making by presenting insights clearly to stakeholders and management.
  • Work with databases and write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-4 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Data Science.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and visualisation.
  • Understanding of statistical concepts, data cleaning, and data validation techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with machine learning basics or predictive analytics.
  • Experience with ETL tools or data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Exposure to big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is an advantage.
