Inviting applications for the role of a Process Developer, Invoice to Cash- Cash Apps
We are looking for someone who can handle the Accounts Receivable function. Also, assist associates to identify & implement AR improvements. You are a Finance and Accounting Subject Matter Guide with relevant experience in accounts Receivable process.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to accounts receivable, which include:

•    Cash Application, research unapplied cash, unidentified payment, Cash app report out / Bank Statement transfer

•    Handling Collections, AR Dispute and Reporting

•    Initiate soft collections for invalid disputes/ deductions and credit or debit note/ adjustment for a valid deduction

•    Knowledge of collection /Dispute/ customer queries

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

•    B.Com Graduate / Master of Commerce or Business Administration

•    ERP knowledge in SAP

Preferred qualifications 

•    Good interpersonal skills

•    Excellent SME knowledge of accounting concepts

•    Good knowledge on MS Excel and Word.
