Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new product development strategies in line with the company's overall goals and objectives

• Lead and manage a team of NPD professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and marketing to ensure successful product launches

• Manage the entire product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met

• Monitor and track product performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in new product development and incorporate them into the company's processes and strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in new product development, preferably in the jewellery industry

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

• Proven track record of successfully launching new products and driving business growth

• In-depth knowledge of market research and analysis techniques

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel as needed
