Role Overview:

As a Proposal Writer, you will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to create compelling proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses for prospective clients. This is a perfect opportunity for fresh MBA graduates in Sales & Marketing who are eager to grow in a high-energy, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting and designing high-quality proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.

Conduct market research to support proposal content and positioning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical) to gather project information.

Create persuasive and client-focused content tailored to client requirements.

Maintain proposal templates, case studies, and marketing collateral.

Support the Sales team with lead generation insights and client engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

MBA in Sales & Marketing (Freshers are welcome). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong research and analytical abilities.

Creative thinker with attention to detail and design sense.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Canva/Design tools is a plus.

Self-motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about B2B sales & marketing.
