Job Summary:

The Product Data Analyst is responsible for accurately managing product creation, pricing updates, and master data maintenance in the ERP system (P21). This role ensures product data integrity, compliance readiness for European markets, and supports pricing and product management functions. The position requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable product data, compliance documentation, and smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Data Management

  • Create and update products in P21 with accurate mandatory information.
  • Maintain product master records (attributes, pricing, status, etc.).

2. European Compliance

  • Ensure products meet RoHS and REACH compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with Product Managers to obtain necessary compliance documents.

3. Pricing & Quote Support

  • Review and update price lists; report price changes, new and discontinued items.
  • Investigate pricing issues and maintain pricing accuracy in P21.
  • Close expired quotes weekly and support competitive pricing research.

4. Audits & Reporting

  • Validate new item requests and conduct weekly audits.
  • Prepare and submit monthly POS reports and maintain documentation logs.

5. Inventory & Content Support

  • Update product content and specifications.
  • Provide inventory-related reports (no-sales / no-inventory items).

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams for pricing and product information updates.

Required Skills and Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in product data management and pricing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    (data validation, pivot tables).
  • Knowledge of European Data Compliance (RoHS /REACH)
  • Strong
    attention to detail
    and ability to identify data inconsistencies.
  • Excellent
    communication skills
    —both written and verbal.
  • Strong
    organizational and time management
    abilities.
  • Experience working with product data, SKUs, or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
