Job Description

The Data Management & Analytics Specialist will be responsible for managing and

analyzing market intelligence data to support strategic decision-making. This role requires

strong analytical and data management skills, with a focus on extracting meaningful insights

from complex datasets. The successful candidate will be proficient in data analysis

techniques, including statistical modelling, factor analysis, and making inferences from data

Responsibilities

Data Management & Organization:

o Develop and maintain data management systems and processes to ensure data

accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.

o Collect, clean, and organize market intelligence data from various sources,

including internal and external databases, surveys, and market research

reports.

o Develop and implement data quality control measures.

 Data Analysis & Interpretation:

o Conduct in-depth data analysis using statistical methods.

o Develop and implement data visualization techniques to effectively

communicate data insights.

o Make inferences from data and identify key trends, patterns, and anomalies.

 Market Intelligence Reporting:

o Prepare comprehensive market intelligence reports and presentations with key

findings and actionable insights.

o Communicate data insights effectively to stakeholders.

 Predictive Modelling:

o Develop predictive models to forecast market demand, identify customer

churn, and assess the impact of marketing campaigns.

o Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment analyses.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.

 2-3 years of experience in data management, analysis, and reporting, preferably in the

market research or business intelligence domain.

 Knowledge in Statistical methods, including descriptive statistics, regression analysis,

factor analysis, and time series analysis.

 Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including statistical packages (e.g.,

Minitab, SPSS) and data visualization tools

 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
