Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, verify, and process project bills and invoices as per contractual terms.
  • Measure and certify the work completed at project sites.
  • Track project expenses and ensure cost control within the approved budget.
  • Prepare cost sheets, reconciliation statements, and Running Account (RA) bills.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients for smooth billing operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of measurements, billing documents, and related correspondence.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies, variations, and disputes in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely submission of bills and follow up for approvals and payments.
  • Support in budget forecasting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Work with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for billing and project data management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Billing Engineer in the construction/real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, estimation, and cost control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
