Job Title: General Manager – Solar Inverter Product Sales

Location: Chennai, India

Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Hindi and English

Experience: 10–15 years in Solar Sales (preferably with inverter product expertise)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales strategy for solar inverter products across South India, with a focus on Tamil Nadu and neighboring regions.
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team; mentor and guide regional sales managers and executives.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
  • Maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, distributors, and key clients.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to align offerings with market needs.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support, service coordination, and feedback loops.

Requirements:

  • Any Diploma or Degree.
  • 10–15 years of proven experience in solar product sales, with at least 5 years in inverter sales.
  • Strong understanding of solar inverter technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be fluent in Hindi and English; .
  • Willingness to travel across regions as needed.

Compensation:
