Job Responsibility

Assisting the Project lead in all related aspects during Preconstruction,

construction and closeout phase Implementing the pre-construction studies

through the design and construction phases of projects.

Preparing Weekly progress reports, Dashboard reports (by coordinating with

internal project team and vendors)

Assisting in managing and delivery of the project.

Checking the plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.

Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.

Preparing MOM (minutes of meeting) of all project meetings and tracking the

action points

Liaising with the subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors

and the general workforce involved in the project.

Communicating with clients and their representatives includes attending

regular meetings to keep them informed of the project's progress.

Maintain the site in Safety means with quality on work

Maintain labour reports, EHS reports, quality checklists and RA Bills.

Assisting in resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems

that may arise.

Assist the project lead in managing the techno-commercial closeout (RA bills,

certificate of payments, snag list closures)

Additional Skills - MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD

(Soft skills - Written, Report Writing, team player).
