Summary:
We're looking for a results-driven Business Consultant to support and grow relationships with key clients. You'll understand their goals and challenges, create customized solutions, and help improve their business performance. This role involves leading client projects, working with internal teams, and contributing to overall client satisfaction and growth.
What You'll Do:
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with important clients
- Understand client goals and create tailored business strategies
- Lead client projects and coordinate with internal teams (like operations, finance, and support)
- Run strategy meetings, contract discussions, and performance reviews
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts
- Present reports and insights to clients on performance and trends
- Mentor junior team members and help improve consulting processes
What You'll Need:
- Experience working with key clients and achieving business goals
- Strong problem-solving and consulting skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who works well across departments
- Skilled in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and data tools
- Comfortable with change and quick to adapt
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus), or LLB
- 1+ years of experience in consulting, client management, or business strategy
- Experience working with strategic accounts and delivering customized solutions
