Fitter, welder, Rigger

est Welder (4G ARC)

• Salary: Up to 28,000 (Max)
• Experience: Minimum 35 years in 4G ARC test certified welder

• Responsibilities:

• Perform 4G ARC welding as per project drawings/standards

• Ensure strong, defect-free welds (tested by QC team)

• Follow safety norms & proper PPE usage

• Eligibility: ITI / Diploma in Welding preferred

2. Fitter – Equipment

• Salary: Up to 25,000 (Max)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in equipment fitting/industrial projects

• Responsibilities:

• Fitting, alignment, and assembly of project equipment

• Knowledge of tools, measurements, and drawings

• Work with project engineers & riggers during installation

• Eligibility: ITI / Diploma Mechanical preferred

3. Rigger

• Salary: Up to 20,000 (Max)
• Experience: 2–3 years minimum in rigging/industrial projects

• Responsibilities:

• Handling heavy lifting, rigging & material movement

• Support in installation/dismantling work

• Ensure safe rigging practices as per guidelines

• Eligibility: Prior experience in project sites mandatory

4. Helper

• Salary: Up to 16,000 (Max)
• Experience: 0–2 years (freshers can apply)

• Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled workers (welders, fitters, riggers)

• Material handling, site preparation & cleaning

• Follow supervisor's instructions and safety rules

• Eligibility: Minimum 8th–10th pass, physically fit
