Associate Manager – Techno Commercal

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic techno-commercial initiatives to drive growth and profitability within the Copper Business
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks within the Copper industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical and commercial processes
  • Optimize the utilization of resources and assets to maximize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure favorable contracts and agreements
  • Provide technical expertise and insights to support commercial decisions and business development activities
  • Monitor and assess the performance of key technical processes and systems, implementing improvements as necessary
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall techno-commercial capabilities and competitiveness of the Copper Business
Qualifications

Experience

  • Bachelor of Engineering or an equivalent degree is required.
  • 3-7 years of experience in the Copper industry
  • Demonstrated track record in techno-commercial roles
  • Proven experience in managing technical and commercial aspects of business operations
