We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automation & AI Developer to join our team, focusing on pioneering solutions within the HR IT domain. This critical role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent automation and AI-powered applications that enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and create a superior employee experience. You will leverage cutting-edge technologies to transform HR processes, from talent acquisition to employee engagement, with a strong emphasis on building robust and scalable automated workflows and integrating AI capabilities.

Responsibilities-
Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable automation solutions and AI-powered applications for various HR IT use cases.

Automation Frameworks: Build and maintain comprehensive automation scripts and workflows using various tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, RPA platforms, API integrations). This includes process analysis, design, development, and testing of automated solutions.

AI Integration: Integrate existing AI services and components (e.g., natural language processing, intelligent document processing, chatbots) into HR IT systems and automated workflows to enhance functionality and intelligence.

API Development & Integration: Develop and integrate APIs to connect AI and automation solutions with existing HR IT systems and third-party platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and process execution.

Deployment & Monitoring: Deploy automation and AI solutions into production environments, monitoring their performance, ensuring stability, and conducting ongoing maintenance and optimization.

Process Optimization: Analyze existing HR processes to identify opportunities for automation and AI integration, collaborating with stakeholders to redefine and improve workflows.

Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed automation and AI solutions, identifying root causes and implementing effective resolutions.

Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and applying them to HR IT challenges.

Collaboration & Mentorship: Work collaboratively with HR stakeholders, product managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions, including design specifications, code comments, and deployment guides.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a significant focus on Automation or AI projects.
- Strong proficiency in at least one relevant programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
- Proven experience in developing and deploying automation solutions.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and version control (Git).
- Experience with API integration and developing RESTful services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design scalable, efficient, and robust solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- B.E/B.Tech
- Minimum 3 Years Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a significant focus on Automation or AI projects.
- Strong proficiency in at least one relevant programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
- Proven experience in developing and deploying automation solutions.
