Team Leader – International Admissions

We are seeking a motivated, people-focused Team Leader – International Admissions to join our Navitas team in Delhi. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at team leadership, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional student experience.

About the Role

The Team Leader – International Admissions will oversee and guide our admissions team to ensure high-quality, student-centric outcomes. You will manage daily operations, provide coaching and support, and drive continuous improvement across processes and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of admissions officers to achieve KPIs and service standards.
  • Oversee the full admissions lifecycle, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing.
  • Monitor performance, provide regular coaching, and conduct structured capability reviews.
  • Manage workload distribution, prioritization, and resource planning for the team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, students, and agents to resolve escalations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Support the implementation of policies and processes aligned with institutional and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze data, prepare reports, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to projects, audits, and system enhancements aimed at streamlining admissions operations.

Required Skills & Competencies 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.
  • Customer-service orientation with a strong commitment to student experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (desirable).
  • Prior experience in a customer service, sales support, or education sector role (desirable).
