office. You will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and work with technical teams to develop tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales strategies.
  • Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of 2+ years in business development or sales in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions (e.g., SaaS, ERP, cloud, custom software).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to mid-size or enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development processes.
  • Prior experience in international sales or remote B2B sales is a plus.

Salary:
20K-25K /Month
