We are looking for a
IT Sales Specialist
(
Female & Male
) to join our for
Salt Lake Sector V
office. You will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and work with technical teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales strategies.
- Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of 2+ years in business development or sales in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions (e.g., SaaS, ERP, cloud, custom software).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling to mid-size or enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with Agile software development processes.
- Prior experience in international sales or remote B2B sales is a plus.
Salary:
20K-25K /Month
