The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring project quality, safety, and timely execution. The role involves close coordination with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth on-site operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage site resources, manpower, and budgets to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Oversee and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project alignment.
  • Ensure all safety protocols, statutory standards, and compliance guidelines are strictly followed at the site.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and smooth workflow.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and progress monitoring.
  • Prepare and maintain daily site reports, documentation, and project updates.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and assist in mitigation planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 4-9 years of hands-on experience in site execution, construction supervision, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and industry standards.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols, quality control processes, and statutory compliance in construction.
  • Proficient in site documentation, daily reporting, and basic project planning tools.
  • Excellent coordination skills with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
