Job Description Product Trainer
We are looking for a Product Trainer to train new hires and support existing employees in improving their knowledge, skills, and performance. We need a candidate from International Chart portfolio with Sales domain experience. The trainer will deliver engaging sessions, create training materials, assess performance, and provide ongoing coaching. This role also involves working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure consistent communication and training quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training to new hires and existing staff
- Create and update training materials, worksheets, and job aids
- Coach employees on language, product knowledge, and sales skills
- Analyze training needs and identify knowledge gaps
- Conduct assessments before and after training sessions
- Support team performance through coaching and refresher sessions
- Monitor and report on training progress and effectiveness
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams via email and calls
- Share regular updates and feedback with the team
- Participate in meetings, performance reviews, and process calibrations
Interview Rounds:
- Round 1: Initial virtual Interview
- Round 2: Presentation on-site round
- Round 3: Final Interview
Shift Timings:
- 6:30PM Onwards
- Monday to Friday
Location:
- Koka pet branch, 10th floor, Tower 1, GAR Laxmi Infobahn, SY No 107 Hyderabad, Rangareddy , Hyderabad, Telangana, India
