• Establish and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers located worldwide from a commercial and contractual standpoint.
• Lead negotiations of complex contractual terms with external suppliers.
• Develop negotiation business strategies.
• Draft contractual agreements in close collaboration with the legal team.
• Prepare business cases and present to procurement management and other stakeholders for approval.
• Ensure contracts are maintained in accordance with our business requirements.
• Support Business Units in the application of contractual remedies against material breaches.
• Coordinate and lead negotiations of any claims with suppliers in support of business unit production issues.
• Track program changes through the management process up to the point of implementation.
• Support, where applicable, the Procurement commodity team in establishing sourcing strategies for the development programs and drafting commercial agreements with the suppliers.

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, supply chain, or equivalent.
• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• You have experience in the aerospace industry and/or manufacturing environment and/or program management, in a commercial role, an asset.
• You have excellent negotiation skills and experience in project management.
• You are detail oriented, focused, and committed to meeting deadlines.
• You are a strong team player, recognized for your leadership and innovation, and ability to mobilize a team.
• You have a high proficiency and are a good communicator in English (written and spoken).
• You have strong capabilities in operations and financial management.
• You are comfortable with complex technical topics and have knowledge of legal terminology or interpretation of contracts.
• You are familiar with Just-In-Time purchasing logistics, integrated supply chain, and lean manufacturing concepts.
• You can work with MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
