Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop machine learning and deep learning models for high-impact consumer applications such as:

  • Predictive safety

  • Content personalization
  • Search engines
  • Virtual assistants

  • Time series forecasting

  • Leverage state-of-the-art ML/DL technologies to solve problems including:

  • Multilingual text classification

  • Language modeling

  • Multi-modal learning

  • Create evaluation metrics and design A/B testing frameworks to assess model performance (both offline and online)

  • Analyze and extract insights from large volumes of structured and unstructured data using modern big data and streaming tools
  • Produce clean, reusable, and production-ready code in Python, Scala, or Java
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical architects, engineers, and non-technical stakeholders through all phases of development (design, architecture reviews, code reviews)

Good-to-Have Skills

  • SQL and Data Analysis
  • Knowledge of the Gaming Industry

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Lead a team of engineers to architect, develop, deploy, and maintain world-class machine learning systems and services
  • Build and nurture a high-performing, motivated engineering team focused on operational and engineering excellence
  • Work closely with product managers and business units to align the team's vision and roadmap with strategic goals
  • Advocate and implement best practices in software development, using insights from current trends and technologies
  • Oversee the team's daily activities using Agile/Scrum methodologies
