About the Role:

We're seeking a
Senior Machine Learning Engineer
who thrives on solving complex, high-impact problems. You'll lead the design, experimentation, and deployment of models that drive real-world impact — from
demand forecasting
and
ETA prediction
to
optimization tasks
that power intelligent decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, training, and evaluation of ML models for complex business problems.
  • Drive end-to-end ML projects from conception to production.
  • Build and optimize scalable data pipelines for training and inference.
  • Maintain and enhance production-ready ML systems for performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, backend, and product).
  • Mentor junior engineers and shape the technical direction of the ML team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning projects or applications.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Python
    , with solid experience in
    TensorFlow
    or
    PyTorch
    .
  • Deep understanding of the
    end-to-end ML lifecycle
    — from training and validation to deployment and monitoring.
  • Proficiency with
    Pandas
    ,
    scikit-learn
    ,
    SQL
    , and other data tools.
  • Proven experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in
    demand forecasting
    ,
    pricing optimization
    , or
    ETA prediction
    .
  • Familiarity with ML deployment in
    cloud environments
    (AWS, GCP, etc.).
