We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer to develop, maintain, and enhance web applications and APIs. You will work with PHP frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter to build scalable, high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications, RESTful APIs, and backend services using PHP.
  • Work with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, or Zend.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
  • Work with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and optimize queries.
  • Implement authentication and security features (JWT, OAuth, CSRF protection).
  • Integrate third-party services, APIs, and payment gateways.
  • Conduct unit testing and debugging using PHPUnit or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure smooth API integration.
  • Work with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD and deployment automation.
  • Stay updated with modern PHP trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in PHP (7.x, 8.x) and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Experience with MVC frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, CakePHP).
  • Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.
  • Proficiency in RESTful API development and integration.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices in web development.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end integration.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize PHP applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
