**What you’ll be doing**:

- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, define project scope, and deliver effective solutions.
- Architect and implement efficient and reusable PHP code, following best practices for code organization, performance optimization, and security.
- Evaluate and select appropriate PHP frameworks and libraries to meet project requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, API specifications, and code comments.
- Mentor and support junior developers, sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices and coding standards.
- Continuously monitor and assess new PHP trends and technologies, recommending improvements and optimizations to our development process and infrastructure.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring that code adheres to established quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any technical challenges that may arise.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Expertise in at least one PHP framework (such as Laravel, Symfony, or Yii), and familiarity with others.
- Deep understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (such as MySQL or PostgreSQL) and experience with NoSQL databases (such as MongoDB or Redis).
- Experience with API design and development, including RESTful web services.
- Proficient in version control systems (such as Git) and development workflows.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a willingness to collaborate and share knowledge.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
