We are looking for a highly driven and persuasive Tele Sales Associate to join our fast-growing FinTech company. As part of the Sales team, you will take full ownership of engaging with potential customers over the phone, building strong relationships, and driving conversions. This is not just a sales role we are seeking someone with ambition, passion, and resilience, who thrives on challenges and takes responsibility for delivering results. You will play a key role in shaping the company's growth by turning conversations into meaningful opportunities and closing deals
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote fintech products.
- Educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Build strong relationships and handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hindi and English Mandatory and Either Kannada or Telegu (spoken ).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with proven sales performance.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
