Job Title: Central Sales Associate

Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA (Fixed)

Key Responsibilities:

Drive revenue growth through telephonic and virtual sales of NoBrokerHood&aposs SaaS-based solutions to residential societies and RWAs.

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification, product pitch, objection handling to deal closure.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, and maintain consistent pipeline.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Update and manage data accurately in CRM tools and internal databases.

Coordinate with field teams for demos, installations, and post-sales service.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any discipline.

13 years of experience in tele-sales/inside sales, preferably in B2C/B2B environments.

Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Fluent in English and Hindi (regional language like Kannada is a plus).

Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
