We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Trainee sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in sales , with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships. You will play a key role in driving sales opportunities, managing purchase and sales orders, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth operations between sales and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Activities:

  • Identify and explore new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups on warm leads.
  • Provide detailed explanations of products and services, including offers, benefits, and features.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing support.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers to improve service delivery.
  • Create weekly/monthly reports and presentations based on sales data and metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Ensure that sales targets set by management are met or exceeded.
  • Update customer records in the company database to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely completion of purchase orders.
  • Work with the Tender-Sales team to process orders and manage delivery timelines.
  • Organize and maintain sales-related documentation for efficient record-keeping.

Customer Satisfaction and Compliance:

  • Contact customers to resolve procedural questions and gauge their level of satisfaction with the companys products and services.
  • Actively participate in ISO audits and support efforts to maintain company standards and compliance.

Other Duties:

  • Take on any additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager to ensure business goals are achieved.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree/Masters Degree
  • Experience: Fresher

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and providing excellent customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management is an advantage.
